Creator Update - 08.15.2022

CREATOR UPDATE! Well, I was on a road trip last week, so my focus was on other things. Namely some Chicago Style pizza, but that’s off topic! Back to the Dragon Story.

First up, you tube (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCogFhFBnwq1Z2ItEitU3ulQ). I’ve learned so much in just a couple of weeks. The best way to learn is to jump in and start doing. One of my key takeaways or realizations is how long my drawing process is. I will continue to post those types of videos, but I think I need to go back and post some more simple drawings and start covering basic drawing principles. That way artists at all stages can find helpful videos.

It's always a little haphazard when you first start something, but I’m hoping the content I create for you tube I can then collect into lessons or activities and possibly compile a book of drawing dragons. But just posting you tube videos has given me all kinds of ideas of how to improve my content and deliver content people want.

My other announcements I will keep short as I’ll be posting a lot more information this week and next week.

Short stories have been delayed, but slowly moving along.

But that’s because so much of my time has gone into preparation for the Salt Lake City Fan X (Their Comic con). I’ve been posting some early sketches of my “big” idea. Basically, I dream big, and I don’t want anyone to mistake that. More on that to come.
